About us: why we started Visual Workflow Systems
We kept meeting the same business, over and over. Good companies doing good work, held back not by a lack of effort but by a tangle of tools that didn’t talk to each other. A website that didn’t feed the CRM. A CRM nobody updated. A phone that rang out after hours. Leads slipping through the cracks not because anyone was careless, but because the system made it inevitable.
